While we will endeavour to make every effort to ship your product(s) from our nearest warehouse facility, we may be required to locate stock from our other facilities which may take up to 5 working days (within the UK).

Unfortunately, due to significant differences between each jurisdiction and because there are so many possible tariffs (BUT usually we find none), WE ARE UNABLE TO FACTOR THESE EXTRA COSTS INTO OUR FINAL PRICE.

To return your product, you should email: Services@Threadapy.com in the first instance where we will provide a return address and of course enquire why you would be unhappy with our item.
Please return the item UNWORN and UNUSED in the original packaging and your order will be inspected by our quality team without haste.
If we discover a fault in the quality of your order we will uphold your complaint and immediately refund the cost of your order plus any return costs.
If you would like to exchange the item due to quality as opposed to a refund we will ship it to you free of charge. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you have simply ordered the wrong item or no longer wish to purchase the item(s) we will refund the cost of the item(s) only. Unless the item is faulty, shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds - If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account in the first instance. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take the bank processing time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank.
