Due to the nature of the Customs Authorities within each country and jurisdiction, we are unable to factor Import Taxes or extra Government Authority costs (such as Value Added Tax, VAT in the UK) into the price.
In the majority of cases we have found no difficulties and our customers have received their goods without extra customs issues.
BUT, WE STRONGLY SUGGEST THAT YOU CHECK THE LOCAL IMPORT DUTIES WITHIN YOUR COUNTRY OF RESIDENCE AS WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY IMPORT COSTS.
For our Standard UK delivery service we will try to ship your product(s) within 5 working days unless you have pre-ordered the product and it is not yet available for dispatch.
If you order one of our product's during the weekend, after 5pm on a Friday or before 9am on a Monday, your order will be sent on the Monday morning unless it is a UK National Holiday in which case it will be sent on the Tuesday morning.
We also offer an expedited UK delivery service if you urgently need delivery, this will arrive within 1-2 working days but this will have delivery costs (Please leave a note on the checkout page section if you want expedited delivery and we will contact you with a price based upon your geography).
You will receive an email to inform you that your item(s) has been dispatched once it has been posted to you.
If you require next day delivery we will ship your product(s) the same day at extra cost. This is available Monday to Friday and there is an extra Saturday service available for delivery on Sunday. Please, as stated above, contact us for further information.
International Delivery costs may offer Free Shipping (you will be notified if you have to pay during the checkout process because you are outside of our usual zones).
The costs are estimated on a geographical basis and will be calculated per item but will of course endeavour to reduce shipping costs if you purchase multiple items. We will contact you prior to shipping to confirm that you agree to these costs and we will refund if you disagree with the shipping amount.
- If you are not charged a shipping fee at the point of sale then we offer Free Shipping.
We can deliver your item(s) to any location with the European Union, North America, or Australia and New Zealand but this will obviously take substantially longer due to transit logistics and your geographic location.
Please email us using our contact email if you would like more specific timescales as we have facilities throughout the globe.
If the item has been delivered to you with marks, blemishes or problems that are not intentional to the product (such as a deliberately distressed look as advertised) please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please take a picture of the item and provide as much information as possible so that we can of course investigate why this has not been picked up during inspection and primarily so that we can begin the process of rectifying the error in the manner you feel best if we are at fault.
While this is very unlikely, if you have not received your purchase please contact us so that we can investigate the matter. This process can unfortunately take up to 2 weeks as we will need to contact our courier and check the location of the item.
Once we have completed our investigations (which we will try to do as quickly as possible) and informed you of the outcome - we will offer you a refund, or we can re-send you the item (if we still have the item in stock), or you can receive credit where we have found that the item was lost in transit.
We will not offer a refund if it is confirmed that the item was delivered to the address you gave us.
We will follow the jurisdiction of the country in which you are located regarding any dispute but in most countries it is usual within law for you to prove that the item was NOT delivered if the courier service states and provides evidence otherwise.
